Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States.  All items will be shipped by USPS or FEDEX.  All items will receive tracking or delivery confirmation in an email when your package ships.  We do our best to ship out packages the same day if ordered before noon PST on most occasions.  Some completes take 24 hours to assemble and will be shipped the next day. We can not ship boards to PO Boxes, but we can ship all other items to a PO Box.

If you pay with Paypal, you will need to ensure you are asking us to ship your package to a confirmed address. We will most likely refund your order if you ask us to ship to an address that is not confirmed on your Paypal account.  You can always avoid this by paying with your credit card.

  • How Long Until I Get My Package?

If your package shipped by USPS, you will normally receive your package in 2-3 business days.  Most wheels and trucks and smaller packages are shipped priority, or even smaller orders by first class. 

If your package shipped by UPS, this map will give you an estimate.  Most boards and completes are shipped by UPS.



  • International and Paid Shipping

You can of course pay for shipping if you want a certain delivery type.   Shipping is automatically calculated for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as well as all international orders.  If you place an international order and shipping is less than what you paid, we will refund the overage shipping costs.  This happens if we can fit your order into small flat rate boxes on occasion.

  • Returns and Refunds

Returns must be made within 30 days.  We do not accept used items, including trucks that have been mounted, wheels that have been ridden, and boards that have been gripped.  Any custom board is non-refundable.

For items that qualify for a return, customers will have to pay return shipping which will be deducted from their refund.  

Defective items can be returned and we will pay return shipping, but we must be notified within 72 hours of receiving the product.  In some cases we will ask that you work with the manufacturer to get a replacement. 

Please allow us one week after receiving items to process your refund to the same payment originally used for purchase.

If a package is not deliverable because the address you provided was incorrect, you have two choices.  We will refund the total to your account when we receive the package less shipping costs and no restocking fee, or you can pay to have us ship the package to a new address.
